I Just Couldn't Wait Any Longer

I have been in a Christmas mood for at least a month now.  I have been continuously fighting with myself not to start decking the farmhouse halls.  However, now that it's November I've decided it's okay to deck my blogger halls   : )   My new layout isn't totally Christmas ... more winter I imagine ... & as much as it saddens me that Thanksgiving gets lost in the Christmas shuffle which, of course, is not to be confused with the Teaberry shuffle ... anyone remember Teaberry gum & the Teaberry shuffle?
As I was saying, as much as it saddens me that Thanksgiving gets lost in the Christmas shuffle, I had to follow the "out with the autumn, in with the Christmas" desire inside me that has been fighting to get out. My layout may change a bit back & forth for the next few days or so but for now this is what I'm settled on.

Love the new layout, Shirlee. It is getting colder and winter like each day, and now is the time to get into the spirit with ornament stitching! :)

I love your layout! I have been feeling the same, but I made a deal with myself...I will try to remain in the fall mood until all my maples trees are bare...The last one is half green, half orange...the color is working it's way down ....but once all the splash of color are gone and I only see bare branches...Hello Winter! :)

Blessings always :)

Oh, I love your blog....it does feel a little wintery doesn't it. :)

I still have a few maple trees that refuse to give up their leaves, so until then I am gonna try to keep a fall like mind...but it's killing me to put up a snowman or something!

Blessings always :)

Love the new header picture and the tartan background too.

we don't have Thanksgiving here but we do have Bonfire Night (or Guy Fawkes Night) which is the 5th plus my Mum's Birthday (21st) so after those 2 events I am allowed to become festive!

Until then I must use the word "seasonal" as in "I must think about my seasonal shopping"!

Great new blog dress GF. I changed mine up a bit too....nothing fancy, but no more witchy poos flying about. ;o)

I LOVE Teaberry gum!! (There's a place in Minocqua where I can still buy it....and I always stock up...) But, sad to say, I had forgotten completely about the Teaberry shuffle!! Thanks for sparking the memory!! Smiles & Teaberry Hugs ~ Robin
