The Silver Needle & SAL Update

I do so love receiving an order from The Silver Needle!  Why, you ask?  Just take a look!

Whenever I've purchased something from TSN, it has always arrived wrapped in pretty or festive paper.  It's nice when a shop takes the time to make things special for their customers   : )   They have always included some kind of free gift with my orders as well, but more about that later.  For now you are probably wondering what goodies lurked beneath those pretty papers.  Wonder no more ... here they are ... all Olde Colonial Designs   : )
Left:  Pyn Purse Cushion Kit
Right:  Needlework Garden Snip Basket Kit
Waste Knot Want Knot Chart with backing fabric & embellishments
Waste Knot Want Knot basket
A Needlework Garden & Needlebook Chart Pack with backing fabric & embellishments
Lidded basket
Suggested linen & threads

My photos aren't very flattering.  You can click here in order to view them on TSN's site.

I ordered another Olde Colonial Needleworks set but it had to be back ordered.

The Silver Needle also sent me a little gift ... a pen with their store name & logo ... but I neglected to take a photo of that.  It's a cute one though   : )

I'll maybe share a few other goodies with you tomorrow.  For now, I want to show you my progress on Snow Angel ... my SAL with Sally.
Yes, it's wrinkled.  Yes, it's wonky.  It's a WIP. I'm not going to run upstairs & heat up the iron every time I take a picture of some unfinished design so excuse me if this offends you   : )   I think I have a good chance of reaching my goal to finish this by the end of March.  All I have left to stitch is a pet & a yard full of snow along with some flakes falling down here & there.

God gave me this verse this morning.  It was indeed a word in due season ... a wonderful gift   : )

I love getting stash in the mail, too, Shirlee, although I've never ordered from the Silver Needle. Looks like you have lots of great projects in your line-up :)

Lovely, lovely progress on the Snow Angel (wrinkled or not!!)...

Wonderful goodies! I do love the way TSN packages my orders too. Snow Angel is looking great -- and I don't care if it's wrinkled, lol.

Your Snow Angel WIP is looking super, Shirlee! I wouldn't worry about the wrinkles; it doesn't bother me. It looks like you received some fabulous stash additions. Good for you!

Love your new stash! I didn't get to see those darling charts and certainly not the basket or box one. They are beautiful Shirlee. One of my boxes came packaged just like yours but I didn't get a pen I got some jelly belly's - lol.
Great progress on Snow Angel. I don't mind the wrinkles either.
love Annette

What a great company to order from, it's like a mini birthday!

Snow Angel is looking good too. I tend to use the computer scanner for my WIPs because it's easier so they get flattened that way!
