So this morning I got ready to sit down with my 4 boxes of cross stitch charts & kits to sort through them for eBay sales.
Unfortunately I didn't find a whole lot.
I'm not surprised as this is the third or fourth time I've downsized my kits & charts. Still, there are maybe a dozen or so listings there in that pile. Hopefully just what someone is looking for : )
Naturally as I was going through all these charts & kits I kept thinking "Ooooo! I need to make that!" Lol!!! I'm very tempted!!!
I hope everyone is having a happy & blessed Sunday!

I do the same thing, and sometimes I'm like "Ohhh I love this one..." forgetting that I had it, silly.
Good luck with the sales...
Hugs
Really nice containers. I too think I should get rid of charts (I have no where near your inventory) and have, but am sorry that some are gone. So you never know! Hold on!
Yay - get stitching again!
I try to go through my charts 2 - 3 times each year. I'm usually able to let go of a hand full, but I'm like you, some of them I think "I'm definitely going to make time to stitch this one"! I must admit though, that letting go of even a few makes me feel "lighter"! haha
Hope you had a wonderful Sunday, Shirlee! Your charts/kits look very organized.
That would be me too, if I don't give something away as soon as I finish it then it lives with me forever!
Good luck with your de-stashing, although I do wish that you would take up your beautiful cross stitch again.
You have a lot of stash, but it sure looks neat and organized!!!!
I have cleaned through some of mine. I just had too much and was able to weed out some that I know I will never stitch. I think our taste changes and that makes it easier to let go of some things.
At least you know you truly love what remains in your stash! I don't feel guilty about my stash unless I know there is a lot I don't really love in it.
I always find designs I've forgotten about and add them back into my to-do pile. Then eventually I go through my to-do pile and decide I have too many projects in the to-do pile and file some back in the file boxes. It's a never ending, sometimes vicious cycle, so I gave up going through them, lol.
Go on, give into temptation and start stitching again - I do so miss seeing your cross stitch finishes.
This is an order! My stitching kits and charts are one big mess lately. Have to do te same as you did!
