Yesterday I had the possibility of 2 buyers for our home but no place to rent. Today I have the possibility of 2 places to rent but no buyers for our home : (
I assume our counter offer was rejected although we were not informed of such. I imagined that the buyers would tell their agent that they wanted to accept, decline or counter our offer. I then assumed their agent would inform our agent of their decision, & naturally I then assumed that our agent would inform us. I haven't heard a thing. Oh wait ... I'm living in the devil's playground. Why on earth did I think people here would have common courtesy? I'm not aiming that at our agent. I'm sure he would've called if he had received some news. He obviously didn't receive any. Still, he could've called : (
I'm a bit discouraged : (

Oh Shirlee! We will just keep praying. It is still early on in this remember.
Hey, there is still hope with the second, cash people you know. They are dealing with very big issues right now. One day at a time.
Prayers for your house issues! not fun.

First let me say I wish I had the blonde hair you have in that picture!

I'm so sorry this selling/renting experience has your nerves in a knot. I agree with Vickie, that cash buyer sounds promising!
Hugs...
Two places to rent is progress!!! A choice! Is that good or confusing?
I totally understand your frustration with not hearing from your agent.
Hang in there! All in God's time.
They say selling and buying a house is a high stress time how right they are.
Hang in there girlfriend.
It's still early in the game.
It's great that you have some potential buyers already.
Just keep your fingers crossed!
Prim Blessings
