I love God, spending time with my husband of 48 years, a hot cup of tea, a hot bowl of homemade soup, a hot fresh loaf of homemade bread (do you see a pattern here?), cross stitching & a few other crafts, early mornings before the sun is up, sitting by a burning fireplace, snowy winters, crisp fall days, peace & quiet, wearing jeans & sweatshirts & funky socks. There's probably some other stuff too : )

Oh dear! That doesn't look too good! Such beautiful yarn too.
Oh. NO! Shirlee. Those are awesome socks too. You naughty, naughty girl you!
LOL... What happened?
My kind of gal! Stubborn pieces need to be doused and set aflame outside.
What pretty yarn! Guess it needs to be barrel burned outside instead of sink burned inside. How is the eye doing today?

Whoa! That's an extreme, but very gratifying way to deal with the frustration these projects obviously caused, lol!
Oh my! I remember the "flaming stitches!!" You are so funny, but if it makes you feel good, then it's worth a little smoke!!!!
Hang in there!!!
Darn man made fibers! Hugs!
Fire proof wool? Maybe you should knit socks for the fore brigade?
Okay, what happened dear Shirlee??????
LOL, I remember that cross stitch piece.
What happened with the knitting?
